The Muslim Scouts of Connecticut offers a unique and supportive environment for children in grades K–12, including Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts, where faith, character development, and community engagement go hand in hand. Our mission is to help young Muslims grow up with confidence, purpose, and strong moral values while participating in the rewarding and fun activities of scouting.

Through a variety of hands-on activities, educational programs, and community service projects, our scouts learn important life skills such as leadership, teamwork, responsibility, problem-solving, and effective communication. From outdoor adventures and badge-earning challenges to collaborative projects and mentorship, children are encouraged to explore their talents, take on new challenges, and develop both personally and spiritually.

Islamic teachings are woven naturally throughout our programs, ensuring that children grow in their faith while learning how to apply principles like honesty, compassion, respect, and cooperation in everyday life. Scouts are guided to develop strong character, make thoughtful decisions, and contribute positively to their families, schools, and local communities. This faith-centered approach equips children with a moral compass that will guide them long after they complete the scouting program.

We welcome both boys and girls, creating opportunities for brotherhood and sisterhood that foster friendship, collaboration, and shared growth.
